Overview And Experience

Dr. Douglas Ankrom is a board-certified urologist with more than three decades of experience in adult urology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Manitoba and completed his urology residency there before obtaining board certification through both the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Ankrom has served communities across Canada and the United States and has been practicing in California since 2002.

His clinical focus includes comprehensive general urology, including management of prostate conditions, overactive bladder, erectile dysfunction, and other common urologic disorders.

Within Elite, Dr. Ankrom serves as a general urologist supporting the Hanford site. He does not perform robotic surgery and focuses on broad-based adult urology care, bringing deep experience and continuity to the communities he serves.
