Overview And Experience

Dr. Chong “Jay” Choe is a board-certified urologist with advanced fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS). He specializes in helping patients regain confidence and quality of life through personalized, minimally invasive treatment options.

Dr. Choe treats a wide range of urologic conditions, with particular expertise in urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic floor disorders, and female reconstructive surgery. He also provides comprehensive care for kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), offering both medical and surgical solutions tailored to each patient.

He completed his urology residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and went on to fellowship training at Virginia Mason Medical Center. Dr. Choe previously served as Head of FPMRS at Naval Medical Center San Diego and holds an academic appointment as an Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
