Overview And Experience

Dr. Jason M. Phillips is a board-certified urologist and partner with a high-volume robotic surgery practice in North County San Diego. He specializes in minimally invasive and robotic urologic surgery, including robotic prostatectomy, partial and radical nephrectomy, robotic simple prostatectomy, and advanced BPH treatments.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Phillips serves as Chief of Urology and Co-Chair of the Robotics Committee at Tri-City Medical Center. He is also a professional education proctor for the da Vinci® robotic surgical system and UroLift®, training surgeons nationally on advanced robotic and minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Phillips completed his urology residency at the University of Colorado and earned both his MD and MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Known for his collaborative approach and surgical efficiency, he is recognized as a leader in robotic urology and men’s health across Southern California.
